Denmark Street is the birthplace of the British music business, The music publishers, managers and agents of old and new that once occupied virtually every office in every building on the street have long gone – as have the studios where David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Donovan and the Kinks made their first recordings. The dingy basement club where Adele, Jeff Buckley and scores of other artists got their early breaks.
The street is now occupied by music, guitar and music enthusiastic shops, which are all competing for customers along Denmark street.
NO.TOM asked us to help craft a new brand for their new venture. I was asked to refresh the brand from the name Vintage and Rare Guitars to its new name NO.TOM.
A new brand was designed to fit in with what NO.TOM represented. A vintage, classic and modern brand for the old/new guitar enthusiasts. An e-commerce site was designed and built to be responsive with a CMS so they could upload products and information with ease. We also had to consider how products would be shown with designs for ad-hoc banners, workshop and event facilities.
The shop exterior and interior was refreshed with the NO.TOM branding.
