March 2011 the Prime Minister David Cameron gave his backing to a new independent Employee Engagement Task Force. Leading professionals from the public and private sectors joined the Prime Minister and Business Minister Edward Davey alongside the Chair of the Task Force, David MacLeod, at Number 10.
The Task Force would ensure that there will be opportunities for organisations wanting to learn about engagement. It will share good practice, generate debate and offer support.
Engage for Success is a movement committed to the idea that there is a better way to work; a better way to enable personal growth, organisational growth and ultimately growth for Britain by releasing more of the capability and potential of people at work. I was tasked to create a brand identity that would emasculate this vision but also be recognisable to organisations and companies around the UK.
The new brand identity was rolled out and implemented to various different touchpoints. The brand was well received amongst HR departments across the UK.
